At Label UK, we offer a unique opportunity for our customers to experience automatic door training from our seasoned installers who have fitted LABEL products throughout many years. You will experience first class training at our facility in Bridgnorth – here we can provide expertise and enable engineers to complete first fix installations.
Our Automatic Door Training is done in a simple, fast and effective way. The process involves calling us as the first step and arranging your training day, you will then arrive with us at LABEL UK on your chosen date, you will experience and take part in your automatic door training session, have the opportunity to discuss the training session and give and receive feedback – after these simple steps, your automatic door training will be complete!
We have fantastic training officers who will provide you will a personalised instruction course on automatic door training for a maximum of four attendees at one time. This gives them the best opportunity to absorb information on a five-hour session which will commence at 9am. Dependant upon the product group, the training is conducted separately to suit each product – including Evolus Slide, Neptis Swing, and Neptis Power Swing which will focus on the SMP and the Vista Underfloor operators.
Our automatic door training covers all aspects of set-up, installation programming, fault finding, and security which has been designed around each product. We are also able to customise your training to suit your specific industry or commercial requirements such as security or access control if requested.
Refresher courses are also important for all trainees – we offer these too! Our refresher courses are for experienced installers that will focus on new software upgrades and current applications. As well as this, there will also be videos and webinars posted on our engineer accessible area as they become available.
